I'll start. CMFM Dr.'s have been watching LO's progress and are concerned that there is not enough growth. As a result, they recommend that I be induced by Saturday. I'll be 36w1day at that point. I have two prepping appointments before them and then we're going in to AAMC on Saturday AM. I'm pretty disappointed/scared/worried about this turn of events.
We've been getting a few preemie outfits, as s/he will be about 3.35 - 3.5 pounds, as per the dr., but who knows.Hopefully, baby won't have a long NICU stay. Keep us in your thoughts/prayers. Thanks!

Oh I am sorry to hear this. I thought the thinking was that you were just carrying a small baby. Your feelings are sure understandable, but your baby should be in good hands. I will pray for the best possible outcome! Good luck with everything.
I'm sorry to hear this. Hopefully LO will show the doctors that he/she is fine. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers for a short NICU stay. If you need any girl preemie clothes, let me know.

I'd just like to complain that my daughter's face has changed again and she's looking older, bigger... no longer a toddler, definitely a little kid. I had her hair in a ponytail yesterday and my Mom was blown away by how much older she looked. I did it the same way today and I thought DH was going to cry.

Hang in there! Maybe she'll be ready for the outside world right away.
I delivered at AAMC (also induced) and had a good experience. They have a strong NICU, so LO would be in good hands.

I'm sorry to hear this. Sending you guys so many T&P for a healthy baby. Please update us when you can.
Happy Birthday, little man. We love you so much!

Most of you already know my update (and I apologize to those who keep hearing the same updates from me over and over in different places!). We are thrilled to finally know that our LO is a "he" (no longer an "it"). Here's one of the pictures:

DH and I found out our little one is a BOY. We are both very excited and have already started stocking up on lots and lots of blue, I just couldn't help myself 20 weeks was a long time to wait to begin shopping
He was being quite stubborn (like his Momma) during our US so the doctor wasn't able to get a scan of his heart or a profile view so we get to go back Friday for another peek. I can't wait to see his little face, its been 10 weeks!
Thoughts and prayers to those of you facing difficult times.

madlady - I'm sorry you are being induced. Its tough to have things not turn out the way you had planned/expected. I hope this will just be a little blip and hey - you get to meet your LO in a few days!!!
MadLadyBride- more t&p's your way for a short NICU stay and a healthy LO.
Josie rolled over! She was doing tummy time and rolled on her back yesterday. I put her back on her belly and she did it again. She had her 2 month shots today and the Pedi placed her on her belly to check her head control. After a minute of fussing, she rolled over again! I am that super cheesy proud Mom now! She also took her shots really well and I am so happy it wasn't as bad as I thought.
Francesca Pearl is here! Josephine Hope is almost 3!
Annabelle had her 15 month appointment on Friday and my little 4lb baby is now 22lbs and 31 inches long. I can't believe how fast she has grown, and all the new stuff she is doing now. She really watches everything we do and now will repeat stuff. So DH and I really need to watch what we say. LOL!
Madladybride...I am sorry you have to go this but it is great that your DRs are taking precautions though. I hope you get to take your LO home with you quickly. Good luck
Mrs Remy, your DS make the steelers logo almost bearable(:
Trevor was at the DR this morning and he has RSV and an ear infection. To be completely honest I was hesitant to bring him!!! He was just a little off nothing too bad, but he seemed just off to me. I am really glad I brought him. So far it is not too bad.
Collin turned 1 last week- I'm still in shock/ denial. Pics from his bday:
I can't believe he is one year old!! I remember we were all posting wondering if you had him yet, no way that was one year ago. Wow, what a handsome young man
Amelia cruises all over the place. She can stand for a few short seconds and walk with our assistance (or the assistance of any chair, table, etc. in her way). I can't believe I will have a walker soon! She also just got her 5th tooth (thank goodness...ugh, lots of restless nights with that tooth!). Her first birthday plans are under way...just need to send the invites out and start gathering the party supplies and tutu.

Oh no... I'm glad you took him in, RSV is really scary. I hope he starts to feel better soon. Please keep us posted.
Madlady - I really hope all goes well for you. I am delivering at AAMC as well and it seems like a great place. T&Ps going out to you, I will be thinking about you over the weekend especially.
It seems like it has been very quiet for me, after getting over being sick for so long I felt pretty good, measuring normal, hb good, etc. etc.
I started to have BHs yesterday for the first time, feeling my body tighten etc was pretty interesting. I am swelling but no other signs of pre-e so nothing to worry about there. And streph test was good.
I completed my first baby craft project, his name for the wall, pleased with how it turned out. And we sold our house so it looks like we may be moving while I am out on leave, so never a dull moment.

Thank you! He seems better today. My niece ended up in the hospital with it so I am a little hypersensitive about coughing. I really did not think it was RSV but wanted to rule it out.
Another case of "mama knows best"(:
BTW what a gorgeous day out. I think some fresh air is order for us!!
Madladybride--Good luck with everything. You are in my thoughts.
Ada is still not walking although she is beginning to stand unassisted and is cruising. For the last two days I have been putting her on her potty when I go and right after she wakes up and we have had a few successes.

What a great idea. I really should start just letting DD sit on potty.
Congrats to the new addition of baby boys on the board
Not too much new here. Enjoying the time with DH and DD home before he returns to work and taking her back to daycare. I have to admit the bad weather has been kind of nice. It really has given the four of us time to just hang out and enjoy being a new family of four with DS around.
We are still learning about DS and unfortunately his sleeping habits aren't as good as DD's were but hopefully they will get better.
