so my DH does PT for the Marine's every Tuesday and Thursday [until he leaves for bootcamp in April]...I have no problem with this, but I guess I get jealous that he can still do all these "fun" things.

my real vent though...

I get a text from him about 20 minutes ago : "hey babe, pt ran over, and now we're going to hooter's, love ya"

....I'M ON STUPID BEDREST AND YOU'RE GOING OUT WITH ALL YOUR BUDDIES. UGHHH!! I know I sound very childish, and jealous, but all I do is sit here, lay there, and go to the doctor!!!! I just can't wait for LO to be here...I feel like a big ball of frustration.

I'm annoyed, too. I spent forever doing chores today, and now I feel like crap. I was too tired to cook dinner, so I was thinking of ordering a pizza when my husband got home from work. He said, "I'm trying so hard to lose weight, and now you want to order pizza." I told him he was welcome to cook something, and he just went and heated up a Hot Pocket for himself. Then, while he was heating it up, he said, "What are you going to eat?" After that, he fell asleep on the couch, and he's snoring so loud that I can't watch TV. SO annoying! Anyways, I'm feeling the same way. If I were on bed rest I would probably starve.

I would be seriously angry. My boyfriend got Burger King on his lunch break. He works 45 minutes away and our dinky town doesn't have Burger King. And he RUBS IT IN MY FACE!!

Ditto on the Empathy suit... need to get me one of those. Good luck.

I felt the same way when I was on bed rest. I tried SO hard to be understanding to MH because he needed a break too but I was jealous and just felt damn sorry for myself. I hated that I was stuck all day long and he could leave but I couldn't then he ALSO got to go places at night too. He was excellent about staying home with me but every once in awhile he did want to go have a beer or something.

I feel for you. At least you are close, over 40 weeks!!
