All systems are go!
U/S and blood work both looked good. I start femerra tonight. Doing 5mg/day. Cost was $40 if anyone is interested. They will ship me the orvadrill. I will go in for another u/s on CD 11. This time I will have to go to the RE because they need a quick read on it and my local hospital can't do that 
It took them over 24 hrs to read my u/s from yesterday. I'm annoyed at missing so much work to go to an U/S, but telling myself to get use to the inconvenience, children will cause you to miss work, and it's worth it.
