5 weeks postpartum

so 5 weeks ago i had my baby on dec 18th. i had gained about 45 pounds with him, since then ive lost 25 pounds without doing much. my pre pregnancy weight was 135, now i weigh 155, ive been working out for about 30 min 3 times a week or 4, i dont eat a whole lot, maybe 1-2 meals a day and they are not big, i find that i cannot loose anymore weight, not even like a pound a week, i know it hasnt been long since i gave birth and i cant really over exercise yet, whats halped you ladies??

  • It sounds like you are not eating enough.  Your body needs food to work properly and without it your body will take the little bit of nourishment that you are giving it and store it as fat.

    I noticed that my PP weight loss had stalled when I really cut my calories.  Once I started eating more - healthy foods, of course - I found that the last of my pregnancy weight melted away. 

    That may not work for everyone, but that is what stood out to me when I read your post.

    you needc to eat smaller meals more often rather than biggerv meals less frequently. your metabolism will conk out if you eat 1-2x a day.

  • Eat more throughout the day, try to get some protein and fiber in each meal. Also, it can be discouraging because the first part falls off, and then the rest takes a while. But I gained 41 pounds this last time and it was all off by 5 months.
