I know i'm a lurker but I was wondering if anyone can help.
I want to start pumping a bit so that my husband can help out but we have Avent bottles and I really don't want the electric Avent pump.
Is there anyway i'd be able to buy a different brand pump and use the bottles we have?
TIA

Re: ? About pumping & bottles
Can't you just buy storage tubes to put the milk in and then transfer it to the bottles? Or attach plastic storage bags to your pump and then transfer those when you want to use it?
I just looked, and it actually looks like there is a standard size for the bottle/pump. You may very well be able to get away with what you have.
Thanks for the advice! I forgot the bags existed!
This. I have a Medela PISA. I pump into the Medela bottles that came with the pump, then transfer the milk to Avent bottles.
