Prenatal massage = awesomeness

I went for a 30 min massage yesterday at my usual place (my chiro's office - all registered massage therapists that work there). It was great! I was a fool that helped friends move on Saturday, so I was feeling a bit sore. I also keep a lot of tension in my neck and have had some occasional headaches. She didn't have a special table, but had no problem really digging in while I was on my side.

Only $35, and my insurance covers 80%. I never properly use my massage benefits - this will be the year I use them! I think I'll go back at least once a month.

    Jealous! I want one soo bad.. maybe I will treat myself to one once my back pain starts increasing..

    I am someone who gets massages monthly anyways.  Prenatal massages are 100 times better than regular ones. They just feel SO much better.

    DH is in school to be a massage therapist! It rocks! He has a table at home and works on me basically whenever I want! I just have never been able to sit still long enough to REALLY enjoy the full thing. near the end I get antsy.

    Yeah, they're pretty much priceless... I go as often as I can. I have a membership to Massage Envy and accrue a one-hour massage each month. I had skipped a few months here and there (especially with morning sickness) so I have a bunch saved up. I'll have to skip some when baby arrives so I'll have to hurry to use them up before I deliver so I can save them up for when I really need to destress with a teething infant, lol! So worth the extra money!!!
