1st IUI complete!!

in TTC After a Loss 6 Months+

Everything went well and it was pretty simple.  Except that they wouldn't let me pee before the procedure.  lol

We are inseminated w/ 37million swimmers and 76% were motile.  Stick out tongue

i have 1 follie on the right measuring 30mm! she said it's ready to explode!  and 2 on the left, 1 at 21mm and 1 at 16.5.  RE said the 16.5 one is iffy if it will ovulate.

and my lining was measuring 12. 

So fingers crossed!  i'm excited!!

oh yah, so i'm guessing we can do the deed if we feel like it?  i forgot to ask when i was at the RE.

    Excellent numbers! My fingers are crossed for a successful IUI!
    Started TTC in 2/09. Dx with PCOS in 09/09. BFP on 11/7/09.
    Dx with Ectopic on 12/7/09. Laparoscopy, D&C, and lost my left tube on 12/08/09.
    01/11 = BFP!

    IUIs: Gonal-F + Ovidrel + b2b IUI= BFNs
    IVF with ICSI= BFP! EDD 11/25/11
    3/18- Beta #1 452! 3/20- Beta #2 1,026!! 3/27- First u/s- TWINS!
    Our twin boys arrived at 36w5d due to IUGR and a growth discordance

    FET: Medicated FET moved up to 5/23 due to ovulation
    Transferred a 6BB hatched blastocyst- genetically normal female embryo
    BFP! 5/28- 5dp6dt      
    6/1 Beta #1- 223! 6/3 Beta #2- 567!

    Everything sounds great!  To answer your question....yes! If you do the deed today and tomorrow it would be like a bonus.  My DH always said if we got pg from IUI we were going to say it was from doing it the old fashion way and we didn't need their helpStick out tongue Good luck!

    You don't have to.  I don't think we ever did, then again my IUI's never worked...Tongue Tied

    That sounds great!!!  Good luck!!  After my 2 IUI's DH and I sexed it up that night after the IUI and the next day.  My 2nd one worked (but I had a c/p).  I think it just covers your bases - so if you are up to it, I would!!

    Yeah - you can DTD anytime after the IUI.  Helps with the odds since washed sperm don't live as long.
