Well, I had my lap this morning. Dr. was able to remove the endo. She also removed a rather large bloody cyst. She told my husband that my ovaries and tubes appeared normal. I didn't realize it, but she also did an HSG. Because of the normal appearance of my ovaries and tubes, she anticipated no complications.
But, when she put the dye in my ute, it just stayed there. So, apparently both of my tubes are blocked. She told my husband that obviously at some point an egg was able to pass through one of the tubes (because we conceived once prior). She told him that the next two to three months would be our best shot at conceiving. And then, IVF was our best option.
:::heavy sigh:::

Thank you all for your words of encouragement. I just feel like stuff is piling on my plate. I never expected the endo or surgery. I thought this lap would be the fix. Now, my tubes are blocked?! I just can't believe this. Both tubes.
Sorry, I am just in a crappy mood.
