Work Replacement Update

So after much debate, I approached my boss about a pay increase when I return from my maternity leave (after overhearing a conversation where my replacement was told he can get paid $2hr more). I will be returning part time at first...  25 hours a week, and I asked if it were likely to receive an increase due to the decrease in hours.  He said that we would definitely visit it when I come back.  So at least it's out in the open.  I feel a little better.

I also finalized plans for my last day of work.  YAY my last day in the office will be Jan. 28th. I told him I would work from home (if baby is still not here) that following week.

Relief!
