I drive around the corner by my work to run an errand and there sits SD's truck. Probation is directly next door to my office so I'm guessing that's where he's at. At least I didn't see him, only his truck. Oh, and it looks like he's not in the business of "welding" anymore since his truck is missing the sign on the side of it. Not that he ever really was.
I would think that his PO would be interested to know that he owes over $10K in back CS and is driving on a suspended license. But I'm not going to go there. It truly doesn't matter and I'm going to let sleeping dogs lie. It's easier to not deal with him at all anymore, I don't want to rock that boat.
All I can hope for is that eventually he will do something that will land him back in jail, for a considerable amount of time. Then all of my worries will be alleviated completely.
Re: Just when I thought he had faded into thin air....
This!!! His time is coming
I sincerely hope all of you all are right. I'll keep waiting patiently.
One can only hope...
I'm happy to hear that you didn't actually have to see his face. Ugh.
Okay, because I'm evil and I don't do NICE.
I would have had his PO's number on speed dial and the MOMENT I saw that truck and could give viable info of his whereabouts and his shenanigans. You wouldn't have even seen my fingers dial the numbers I would have done it so fast.
Contempt is Contempt. If he's on parole or house arrest or probation, part of that is he is required to cooperate fully with law enforcement and obey the COs.
Again, I'm evil, I don't do nice and I'm the B1tch that faxes my CS enforcement officer every hour on the hour the minute my ex is late on CS until I see results and a phone call back from the CS officer. (it only took 2 days the first time I did that, I now get a call and results within the hour of the first faxed letter. My ex is perpetually on CS probation because he has an arrears problem and in open court every year for the late 5 said he plead guilty to willful contempt of court for non payment and 1 late payment equals jail time)
I understand, Sweetie, and this is why I love you. But the reason he was there was because he was at probation. So I'm not certain that they don't already know....
Karma is a beyotch and hopefully it knocks him straight on his @ss soon!!!
