appt update (gender reveal in NEXT post)

cerclage is holding strong!!!!!!!

cervical length was 5 cm - (there is some msmt error) last time it was 4.1 so that is VERY good news. 

the baby looks perfectly healthy

and doctor gave me the go-ahead to do prenatal yoga!
