What have you done this differently over the past few days to help achieve your goal?
What is one of your favorite meals that is an easy go to for a busy mommy??
I am still doing my WW and go for a weigh in tomorrow morning. I feel like I haven't lost anything this week, but I could be wrong. I am also weaning off of EPing, so my point values are going to go down here in about another week by 7pts. I have used some of my extra points, but went a full week and still had around 25 left over out of 49. We have ate out a couple of times and I am trying to stay on track and eat as healthy as possible. We are really trying to cut back on the eating out thing though.
My favorite new addition as far as meals are concerned include the Papa Murphy's DeLite Pizza. Last night we got the loaded meat DeLite and it was excellent and 3 slices = 15 points. I can definatly tell my stomach is shrinking because that really filled me up.
I'll post my weight loss (hopefully) progress tomorrow. I still can't fit into alot of my pre-pregnancy jeans but I am working on it!

Hey there- can I join? I started by myself on a diet 2 weeks ago. I've lost 10 pounds so far. It sounds like a lot- fast- but when I did the diet years ago, the same thing happened and then it slowed down to a crawl after that. I guess the first 2 weeks are just my body detoxing or something- probably all water weight. I'm just doing a high protein, very low carb diet - I guess kind of Atkins-esque - without bacon/red meat.
My favorite meals are the McCormick packets that make sauces. They are low in calories and carbs and really make plain chicken or fish taste great.

I love this thread! I only lost .2 pounds this week, but as the message on WW online said, A loss is a loss. I am very concerned about a depleting BM supply, so I will take a very slow weight loss to keep up my supply right now.
My fave meal right now is chicken breast with onion soup mix sprinkled on top (baked), mashed sweet potatoes with a touch of butter and salt, and fresh broccoli. I think it comes out to about 7-8 points depending on portions.
I am proud of myself for actually fitting in 4 days of cardio and 2 days of strength training. I am tired because I have to get up at 5 am, but it's so worth it!
