2nd PP Period Question

I had the Mirena IUD put in on December 29 and started my second PP period on December 31.  It was heavy the first 3 days but got lighter.  I have now been bleeding for a total of 18 days.  It's not very heavy but I have to wear something.  Has anyone else had this happen?  I don't think I should be bleeding this long.

    I had the Mirena. If I remember you can spot up to 3 months in the beginning. I think I did too. Maybe someone with more a more recent experience can help more.
