Pediatrician and Northwestern

Any recommendations on a pediatrician that is associated with Northwestern Memorial Hospital?  I have to select one as part of the registration for delivery and have no clue!

    We go to Northwestern Children's Practice - it's a 680 N LSD, but has a doctor do rounds there every day. It's Dr. Weissbluth's practice (of sleep book fame - not a great read, but a good theory). We see Dr. Goldstein, but I've heard good things about lots of the docs there.

    I have been searching for the same thing.  My Dr recommended Dr Cahan and Weinstein at 201 E. Huron.

    We are no longer in the city, but we also went to NW Children's Practice and saw Dr. Goldstein. We really liked him, and also the other doctors that we met with. They have sick hours each day as well, and you can go in without an appt in the morning if necessary.

Lakeshore Dr. We love Dr. Goldstein and were also able to meet a few of their other doctors while we were in the hospital after delivery. I am a first time mom and had a ridiculously long list of questions. They were all very professional and were so great at taking the time out to answer all of my questions.

    Theyare the best!!!!  One perk besides having the best doctors is that thereis a parking garage!  So convenient when you have all the stuff you feel you have to carrywith you as a first time parent!   ;-)

     A good friend of mine also recommended NW Children's Practice.  Is it necessary to meet with the doctor before delivery?  I had to pre-register so I just listed one of the doctors on my registration form.

    I used the NMPG pediatricians.  They have an office near North / Halsted and they also have an office up in Northbrook.

    I did not have to meet with the doctor before delivery, they just came to visit me in the room after I had DS.
