My football team lost yesterday so I had a lot of aggression to get out during my shred today...the buffalo chicken dip that I devoured didn't help either. The cardio punches felt so good today!
Today was L1, D8 for me and I am itching to start L2 but I really want to try and do 10 days on each level consecutively.
For those on L2, are there more butt kicks in that level? I really hate those things.

Worse. There's high knees. LOL. Their not too bad though.
I had to miss last night due to a bladder infection . It hurt so bad to walk let alone shred. Hopefully today I will be able to. I am on day 19 and looking forward to starting level 3 on Wednesday.

I haven't done it today yet, but it will be day 7 level 1. I was so not in the mood to do it over the weekend, but I stuck to it and I'm glad I did. I was able to do toe pushups the entire first set, and those side lunge/arm raises are getting better. I am looking forward to starting the next level for the simple fact that I can nearly recite every word Jillian Michaels is going to say next. Time for a change!
I don't know if I've lost any weight or if there's a noticeable difference. I didn't weigh myself before and I'm not sure if I'm going to after- it might just send me into a calorie counting rage. BUT, I did take before pictures and I'm going to track weekly. Hopefully, by the end, there will be a difference!
This week we're leaving Thursday to go to AZ until Monday. I plan on doing it Thur morning and Monday night. I dont know if I should bring level two with me do there for Fri, Sat, Sun or try to do as much as I can of level one from memory for three extra days. I dont know if I'll have anywhere to do level 2. Any suggestions??
