I'm on my 2nd set of an 8wk small group training class and love it. Fortunately the trainer who teaches it is certified in prenatal / postpartum so she's been great. I think it is great because I can modify when needed but since you are using your body as the machine, weight, resistance etc is it pretty easy to learn, and I can get a whole body workout in one hour.
If anyone else does this, are there things you have modified or added in light of being pg?
