Hello all, I am an excited 1st time mother at age 29 and unfortunately a single parent, so it is EXTREMELY hard for me to grasp the thought of going back to work and leaving my baby with a sitter. I left my baby once with my cousin and could not stop crying and that was only for 4 hours! My work day is 8 hours! How do I further prepare myself for this adjustment and still focus on work? I haven't worked in over 4 months and have been without my baby just the one time. I guess I'm taking it so hard because I lost my mom and have developed a hard time letting my little one go. I've even looked into work- at-home jobs but I've only found 1 that appears to be legit. I have an interview with them so I am praying I get it! Worse case scenerio, what are some coping tools I can use to not be a blubbering fool at work?????????
