yoga and iui

Does anyone do yoga after an iui?  I really like yoga and my RE did not give me any restrictions.  I avoided it after the last 2, but I was thinking of going to a class tomorrow.  IUI was Fri.  I just feel like it is so good for you  and I feel much better than sitting on my rear!

    I had my IUI Monday and went to yoga Saturday. I never even thought to avoid it. I was told not to do anything strenuous (like jogging) the afternoon after my IUI, but no restrictions otherwise. I can't imagine yoga (or even jogging for that matter) would do anything to interfere with fertilization/implantation. But who knows at this point. Something clearly is interfering with my ability to get KU. I could drive myself crazy trying to figure it out though, so I just go about my normal life and hope that we can find a way to make it work anyway. And anything that improves your state of mind is definitely a plus in my book!
