I just joined after seeing the post below ! It looks awesome I've been waiting for something to inspire me.
A couple questions, are you using the meal plan or just inputting your own info? Do you think the cal. amt/day is right ? Mine suggests I eat 1200-1350 cal /day ! Thats it ?? LOL I cant see that being right....what was your suggestion?
We should have a Spark Mama weekly check up ! What do you think ?

It allows me 1320 - 1670 calories a day. I usually don't reach that, I'm usually under my 250 or so.
I usually input my own info for tracking food and calories (mainly because I know it's accurate.)
I would LOVE a SP check in!
Did you enter your exercise goals? And do you have realistic weight loss expectations (ie max of losing 2lbs per week)? If not, I'd update those. When I first signed up I didn't put in my exercise goals and had the same calorie intake you were given. 1200-1350 calories/day is really low. There is NO way I could subsist on that. Or if I tried to I'd fail quickly. Once I entered my estimated calories burned per week it upped my calories to a more realistic 1600-1900 per day.
ETA: I don't track calories anymore but in general I try to stick to 1800 calories per day. Usually 500ish calories for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And two 150ish-calorie snacks.
Ok well then I dont feel as bad....oh man Im gonna be starving LOL. I hope this site gives me the kick in the butt I so need !!

Why dont we do a Mon check in ? Would that work for u ladies? Just update how were doing weight loss wise, food exercise ideas and help each other navigate the site?
I work at 8am some mornings but I can try to post the check in , or if someone else is home on Mondays ?
I think ( like weight watchers) it's all about food choices! Vegs! Low Cal foods!!

Glad to hear that its been working for you 2as1 !! I need something right now to get me going , and to stop eating 1/2 of K's food as well as my own LOL
