Baby Shower location issues! Need help!

I am currently planning the baby shower with my mother and sister. The number one problem is location. I live in Coconut Creek and am looking at places from Miami to Boynton Beach and can't make up my mind. 

I had my wedding reception at the Rusty Pelican on Key Biscayne and it was wonderful but I am not sure if I want to return there for baby shower since it was a bit of a hassle planning things with them.

I am currently in the process of buying a new home so I can't even use the last resort of having it at home...  

Anyone have any suggestions?

    Miami to Boynton Beach is kind of a broad range.  You should narrow your area down first.  But if you decide on Miami, Perricone?s Marketplace & Cafe is great for showers.

    There is always someone else's home... mom or sister.

    Perricone's like pp said is very nice, and very reasonably priced.  My bridal shower was at the Aerosquadron and it was great... love their food.  My baby shower was at the Rusty Pelican, and I'm not a fan of their coordinator, but the event turned out great IMO.

    Try Maggiano's in Boca (near the mall)...it's reasonable...the food and service is very good too.  I was just at a baptism there on Sunday (for our friends 3rd child....they had their 2nd child's baptism there too) and just got an invitation for a bridal shower next month.  I used to do seminars there and was always very pleased (oh...and your guests will NOT leave hungry! LOL)

    I think the minimum if you book a room is 1,000. We had our wedding there but it's one of our favorite places to eat! The food is really good and it's family style.

    I held mine at the treetop Ballroom at Parrot Jungle Island, I loved it! They have a smaller room they can use if you don't want the ballroom and it overlooks the water.. Another location is the Brio at Gulfstreem I have attended many parties there and the food is always great!
