Anyone else have a chronic runny nose since BFP?

in 1st Trimester
I really hope this doesn't last the entire time, but I've had a light runny nose since my BFP and I've also been sneezing more frequently than before.  Anyone else experiencing this?  I've heard it's due to the softening of membranes.  The worst time is at night when I end up having to breathe through my mouth, blech.

    I feel your pain sister and can offer this advice since this is my 3rd pregnancy. Shower at night it helps... Use Johnson's Vaporbath when washing your face that seems to help me hope it works for you

    Yes!  Everyone who doesn't know thinks i'm contagious and try and shove medicine down my throat!

    Yes! I've had a runny nose for about a week now and it's driving me nuts. It's worse in the morning than at night. I wake up feeling like I have an actual cold but then after a little bit it goes away.

    Yes and I sneeze all the time!! Thank-you hormones!

    Yes, I've been having a runny nose for a while. I sometimes wake up with a stuffy nose, too.

    Ha! I thought maybe it was just me. I think I've sneezed more in the last 3 weeks than I have in my entirely life. & the breathing through the mouth, ick. I feel ya.

    I had a runny nose and sneezed alot right after BFP so I googled it and it's called pregnancy rhinitis. My runny nose stopped after about a week but I still sneeze way more than normal.

    Hopefully you're not like me... I've been congested non-stop since about week 6. I am praying to anything and everything out there that it goes away soon.

     Saline nasal spray, vicks vaporub and puffs plus with lotion are my constant companions.
