I am new to the bump however I have read many posts for information during my journey in ttc. It has taken me a year and 3 round of clomid because of my erratic mentrual cycles. I thought I would never be able to concieve. But I did get my BFP about 11 dpo!!
The night before I conceived a literally just broke down...I had enough of the hormones and tracking....I just lost it...(maybe I should just blaime the surging hormones!)
Then I got my BFP! I think the most important thing to remember when ttc is to read your body. You can tell whats going on with you. Previous cycles I didn't want to admit it but I just knew I wasn't pregnant. This last cycle I just new something was different. My advise to anyone is to tune into yourself. Listen to what your body is telling you with all of those signs of ovulation and pregnancy! It really does work!
I wish everyone ttc luck and baby dust to you. I know how your feel and I wish you the best!
Re: finally pregnant after a year of ttc!
Congrats to you! Don't get me wrong, I'm all for ladies being tuned into their bodies and all but the cold hard fact of the matter is that you CAN'T rely on your body or symptoms. The 1st tri board has a post every single day about ladies shocked by their BFP's because they have NO symptoms and I'm sure 99.9% of the ladies who are TTC here will tell you they've mistaken PMS for early PG symptoms (God knows I have).
