I remember having some headaches with #1, but this time around, its been nearly everyday since week 10--- I'll be 15 weeks tomorrow. I can't take it! Tylenol doesn't help and I don't want to take it too often. Called the Dr. after my 3 day migraine and they told me to try a coke. It worked, but now I find myself to the point where I need a coke 3-4 times a week (always works!). I've never drank that much soda/caffeine before, so I hate to do it while I'm pregnant and supposed to avoid caffeine. Any other suggestions???????

Definitely don't feel bad about drinking that much caffeine, just make sure you're cutting elsewhere in your eating habits to accommodate for the upped sugar intake.
200-300mg of caffeine is considered "safe", and an 8oz can of classic coke has about 23mg. So you could have 10 cans of coke per day, and still be in the safe zone.
I'm very similar - allergic to tylenol, having daily headaches. I have 1-2 cans of coke spaced out throughout the day, and it definitely helps.
For the days that it doesn't help, and I hit migraine status, I know I'm out for the day anyways, and the doctor prescribed me 5mg percocet, and I can sleep the headache off in about 4 hours.

i didn't start getting headaches until after ds was born. with this one, it's pretty much 4-5 times a week all day and night. my doc said they were hormonal related and that for some women they go away during pregnancy and some they get worse.
she said to try tylenol, but another thing she suggested is to put a hot wash cloth on the back of my neck and my forehead. when that cools off, wait ten minutes, then do the same but have the washcloth cold. and keep alternating until it gets better. it's helped several others that i know that are due the same time. i haven't tried it yet as tylenol has been helping so far.
