For those of you that have used her, were you happy with her turnaround time on getting the photos back to you? My 2 friends IRL that have used her both said that they love her work, but her timing with getting them back to you is pretty poor. What are your experiences? She is so reasonably priced, but is it worth it to have to wait so long for your images?

I have used her twice and the turn around time was good both times. I have had a few other people tell me it took a really long time to get their images, but they think it is because she was overbooking herself and possibly couldn't keep up. We have a shoot on Monday, so we will see how long it takes.

what brougham said. she had a 9-5 job while doing her photography but now she has a job with more flexability to finish post processing so turn around times should be good now

I think this....

We had a shoot at the end of November. She gave teasers the same night, and gave me a couple image files for my Christmas cards within a week! The week of Christmas, she posted my session on Flickr, but I still haven't received the CD, and am still waiting on a response to my email asking when I should receive it.

We LOVED our pictures, but the turn around time has been disappointing so far

I thought Kacy did an awesome job with the pictures and getting them available online. I would agree thought that it took longer than I expected to get them back. At the end of our session she told us they would be ready in 3 weeks but in all actuality, it was close to 5 by the time I got my CD in the mail. I was hoping to have the photos for DS's first bday and I couldn't do that because of the timing.

I was really happy with her pictures, but it took us a month to get the CD images. She indicated that we would receive them in two weeks. I expect a professional to do what they say they are going to do. I was not happy about the turn-around and let her know it. The pictures were in the mail the next day.

I would recommend her for the quality of her pictures, but expect to wait for the pics. She's also extremely good with babies/kids.

Ditto what PP have said. We booked her for the entire first year package when I was pregnant. It took 5+ weeks to get the maternity photos back despite the fact that the pdf file she sent me with all the information about the package said that CDs with all the photos would be mailed within 3 weeks. It's extremely disappointing. My family is constantly asking for photos of the baby (she's almost 6 weeks old) and the newborn photos were taken when she was 10 days old. We still haven't seen more than the sneak peeks for that session. I feel like by the time I get one set of photos back to distribute, make prints, etc., it's time for the next session and they're not current. We booked her to photograph the birth of our daughter and that was on Dec. 10. I still haven't seen more than the sneak peeks from that as well. I asked her about them last week and she told me she's still working on photos from the week before my daughter was born. It is incredibly frustrating. I have a couple of other issues with her as a business person, but think she is great on a personal level. If she is that far behind, she should get caught up rather than continue booking more and more clients. I think it's extremely unprofessional and I know a few friends who are upset with her work for the same reason. We love our photos soooo much, but if I had known it would always take her so long to get photos back to us, I would have booked with someone else

I used her for both engagement and wedding photos. I would NOT recommend her to anyone. A horrible experience. Never did get what I paid for
