But...what did you ladies do for morning sickness?
I've upped my B-6, try the best I can to eat several small meals, did zofran, and am now on to phenegran. Obviously phenegran isn't the best thing when I have to be at work. I haven't been able to pinpoint anything specific that causes the vomiting - just random. At this point, I will take any advice. It's off and on all day sickness.
Thanks girls!
Re: I'm sure this has been asked a million times...
I'm so sorry! For me, the only thing that I could do to keep it away (also had it throughout a day) was to literally stay full. So that meant eating something of some kind every couple hours, like clockwork. I I lived off granola bars and toast for awhile. I also felt like wintergreen mints helped a bit.
I hope you feel better soon! I felt better around the time 2nd trimester started and never got sick again.
I took Zofran during the day and phenergren at night. Also, like others have said, small snacks throughout the day seems to help. (for me, it was granola bars, cereal, crackers, etc.)
Also, I always had a really bad taste in my mouth during first trimester. Sour candies like sour gummy lifesavers or lemonheads helped.

I used seabands and I definitely felt better on the days I wore them than the days I didn't.
Hang in there it will pass!
