I had 3 coupons, each for $25 off a $50 purchase, and once a month they open their store from 8-10am with stuff marked down to $3.99, 5.99, etc. It's originally expensive. I went this morning and got 17 pieces of clothing (shirts, shorts, pants) and 3 pairs of socks for $100 including tax. Not bad, right? $100 is a lot for me and I feel a little guilty but I think with that many clothes I did good. I stocked up on clothes for LO for summer, in 3T since he's already wearing 24M and 2T. I hope that fits him good by then, summer being 5 months away. It's a guessing game with children's clothing but I have 6 months for returns/exchanges so I think I'm good. I have no idea how much LO can grow in the next few months but he just outgrew his fleece pajamas that I bought in October!

I think you did very well. I usually do about the same at Carter's when they have their sales and I use a 20% coupon.
I did the math and if you just divide $100 by the 17 items of clothes (leaving out the socks) it comes to @ $5.88 per piece. That's a GREAT deal.
I spent $52 at Carter's on Black Friday and got something like 12 items and it averaged $4.33 per piece. I was very proud of myself.
