I just started the 30 Day Shred, on day 3. I'm very sore and wondering if I should take a day off and continue tomorrow or if I should push through the pain. I'm unsure if the shred is supposed to be 30 days in a row or if you're supposed to give your body a few days off. What is the best way of doing the shred? TIA

Push through the pain. By day 4-5 it gets better....lol that or I just got used to the pain.
I've started the shred numerous times and the ONLY time I did the full 30 days WAS when I pushed through the pain of the first week.
