I haven't thought about this week yet, though I need to! But last week we had chicken tacos in the crock pot with black beans and rice one night, ham steak with asparagus and pierogies one night, bacon hamburgers (cooked on the stove) with green beans and baked potatoes one night, and pasta salad with veggies & turkey bites another night.

I keep a running list of the meals that we like for dinner so when I'm in a rut I can look there and find things I might have forgotten.

Here's what we have on the list. If you want recipes for any of them I can send them to you.

Lasagna, mostaccioli, beef stroganoff, sloppy joes, homemade pizza, tacos, tortellini, cream cheese chicken, cheesey broccoli and rice casserole, italian beef pie, chicken pot pie, mac and cheese with parmesan chicken, pork chops and mushroom rice, chicken lasagna, cheesey chicken and veggies, hamburger pie, breakfast for dinner, burgers, chicken picatta, pulled chicken sandwiches, chicken quesadillas, chili, broccoli cheese soup and biscuits, beef stew.
