Hi everyone, this is my first time on this board. I was hoping some of you could give me advice. We have been TTC for about 6 months, not tracking anything. I was hoping that I would not have to worry with the tracking. I spoke to my GYN and she said that after 6-8 months I should start tracking. So....my question is where do I begin, what do I need to start tracking? TIA!!

Click on the newbie link at the top of the page it's very helpful. I would also sign up for fertilityfriend (you can click on my ticker to sign up). Then take there free lesson on charting. GL I hope it all helps make you stay short and sweet.

Hi and welcome. A lot of us use a website called FertilityFriend.com. You can also access it by clicking on any of our chart links at the bottom of our signatures.

The tutorials on this website are great. Check them out.

Tracking is not so bad. It becomes 2nd nature after a while.
