CD 19 AND NO O!! Yes this is my first medicated UNMONITORED cycle. I'm in insurance libo, so don't comment if your gonna yell for not having an us.
Im kinda disapointed... I thought I would have O'd by now. I guess I could still O late right? Just feeling bummed. Next cycle is with my new RE as long as insurance works out.
Question about DH ... How many of you had your SA done before your RE appointment and if so who ordered it? Thanks Ladies ![]()
Re: SA question? How ordered and when ( with small rant)
We had a consult with our RE first and he ordered my HSG and the SA. It was nice doing it that way because everything has been done through his office.
As far as CD 19; I have no known fertility probs and ovulate on my own each month it can be anywhere from CD 16-CD 23. Hang in there this month, you're not out yet!

The first SA was ordered by DH's PCP but he didn't go.The second SA (along with b/w, u/s, post-coital test) was ordered after our first RE appointment. I really like our clinic because they do everything in that one spot.
The OB ordered DH's S/A and repeat S/A. When the results came in, my OB went over them with us.
DH had to do his business and I dropped it off at a local LabCorp. They sent the results to my OB office about a week after the procedure.
DH had his done before seeing an RE. My OBGYN ordered it but it was done through the local hospital. Good luck! I hope O comes soon!
well, i'm a bit new to all of this as i was only on my first round with clomid this past month. I took 50mg CD 5-9 and used a CBE ovulation test which said I responded well to the meds. that said, i just had a BFN
and am currently waiting for AF to arrive. my RE said to try the first round and after that we would do more testing, including SA.... i know many people have done a lot of these tests prior to beginning medication but there may be circumstances, such as mine, for that to not be mandatory.
