     space out when my husband talks about wrestling, and sometimes his job.  He can go on and on on certain things. But other than that, I consider myself a good listener.

    My husband loves to talk about all the projects he wants to do on the house. I'm more of the type of person to take one thing at a time & he likes to talk about each one. I space out when he does that. :|

    I space out when dh talks about......Work. Oh I'm a bad wife. DH is a chemist and well, he's just waaaaaaaaay to smart for me to even follow. Normally I ask him to dumb it down a bit. But even then his job sounds hella boring to me.

    I space out when my husband talks about cars.  We will be buying new cars towards the end of the year and he is constantly researching them, talking about the differences between makers, the styles, interiors, on and on and on.  It drives me nuts!  He has changed his mind 10,000 times already and I still have a good 8 months of this crap to listen to!  But he listens to me talk about babies so I guess I can't complain too much.

    I space out when my husband talks about fantasy football or fantasy basketball!! He has like millions of teams and plays against different friends!!   He is obsessed!! Kind of like how I am about The Bump! : ) He probably could answer- I space out when my wife talks about The Bump hahahaha!!

    I space out when my husband talks about his indoor soccer games. He just started playing and recounts the game play by play when he gets home. I try to pretend I'm interested, but 1. I'm not and 2. I have no clue what he is talking about! haha

    This! I am late to the post but this is so true. DH loves his indoor soccer team. I also space completely out when he talks about work, its all numbers and reports blah blah. I am spacing out now just thinking about it!

    I zone out when my husband talks about BEER.

    I hate beer but yet he still launches into long educational seminars about why this one is better than that one, how this one is made with this type of grain....blah blah blah.  I have learned to just say ahha a couple of times as he is talking and pray it is over soon.

    Sports. Omg, I just don't care about any of them. He will go on and on about the life story of a particular player or how one team did this this one time and now the other team.. ugh, I'm bored even coming up with fake examples.

    I space out when dh talks about work (he's a mechanic) and cars....all I hear is "blah blah blah blah!" like the teacher on Charlie Brown!!!! 

    I actually like discussing politics with him! We're on the same level, so it makes for nice convo! =)

    LOL!  I will have to tell DH that I'm not the only one who pretends to listen sometimes Embarrassed

    I space out when he tells me some story from his younger days (he's 9 years older than I) that I've already heard about a gazillion times.  

    I also space out when he talks to me while I'm obviously already occupied with something (like typing this post right now).  Or reading.  Really, DH?  Sometimes I talk to him about useless stuff during football or one of his computer games on purpose to get back at him :P
