This is my first baby and I have no idea what to do... I have been looking at tons of cribs and can't decide which is best. I'm thinking I want a 4-in-1 convertible crib and changer combo... any suggestions? Or better ideas? HELP!!!!
Check out the Carters crib post below, there is a great sale going on now. I would rec a convertible crib so you don't have to buy all new furniture aS your child grows.

We just got a cheap one from IKEA. I didn't want a convertible because a double bed is really too big for the kid's room. This one does turn into a toddler bed; that's good enough. I believe ours retails $129 in the USA (Leksvik).

We got the Babi Italia Pinehurst Crib at BRU. It converts from a crib, to a toddler bed, then daybed and finally double bed. We have yet to put it together, but the one on display at the store was beautiful! We also purchased the matching dresser/change table. Looks just like a dresser that can also be used for years.

I'd go with a convertible crib, but make sure to get the conversion kit with the crib. If you wait, they may discontinue it. Also, if you buy a used crib, make sure not to buy a drop-side crib. They've pretty much ALL been recalled.
I was at Costco today and they have a crib set on sale, it has the crib, a changing table, and dresser for around $350. They looked like really nice quality. You could probably check it out online or in a store near you. We just bought a Graco Lauren, otherwise I would probably be seriously considering purchasing that set.
