BF newborn poop

DS poops a lot, almost every diaper has some in it, but it doesn't seem like there is much in each diaper. DS1 was formula fed, so I'm not sure if this is normal, but it seems like maybe there's a 1/2 tsp of poop in each diaper. Is that normal for a 3 week old?

My LO has a bunch of those, too, but he also has at least one EXPLOSIVE poop every day. Most days he has 2, maybe 3 of those and the rest are about the size of a quarter. My pedi told us that he should have at least a wet diaper for each feeding and 5-6 poops a day.

LO had a poopy diaper after every feeding, so 8-10 times a day, for the first month. He gradually decreased until now; he averages 1 to 2 huge poops per day. I EBF.

I'd say so. Abigail poops ALL the time, she has plenty of big, full diaper poops, but she also has plenty of "sharts" throughout the day too.

BF babies are all over the place on whats normal for poop. It sounds normal enough to me. We went the other way and she wouldn't poop for days at a time. That's normal too.
