Talk to me about hip snaps

On some of DD's fitteds (like the older/ serged GMs and some other brands), its hard to get the hip snaps to snap (even on the furthest snap) and I don't want to leave them exposed and pressing into her hips... I know they make covers and I need to order some.

Its weird, its like it fits in the waist and thighs but not the hips....? Does anyone else have this issue? Maybe she just has big hips. I'm worried they won't fit til PLing.

If you do have this issue, what fitteds work best for your LO? So far, the newer T&T GMs fit pretty well but I want other kinds.

    We are starting to run into this problem with the smaller MS.  I need to get some snap covers.  I had some in my cart at GM yesterday, but I didn't get anything so they are still in my cart.  I love the new T&T knit GMs, but the wovens are pretty small so I am trying to stay away from those from now on.  No advice on what to try, I only have GMs and MSs.  Oh and BSRBs, they don't have snaps,  but I just am not a fan.

    Yeah I don't want any snapless diapers except my SBish which are night time only diapers. I'm in total love with my large SBish snapped diapers. They are so roomy and the 3 snaps on the wings are a little closer together so I don't think we'll run into that issue with them. Only problem is no pretty prints. Crying

    I'm starting to run into this as well.

    Would it work to get snap sockets that fit the hip snaps? Like that GM snap covers but without the fabric attached?
