our cash flow over the past few days:

Wed:-$660 (bpics, makeup)

Thurs: -$523 (iPad)

Fri: -$1,970 (bath reno: shower, deposit on granite, extravagant dinner with friends)

Today: ~$2,000 (1st payment to contractor for materials for bath reno)

Ick!

The part that makes me sick: Michael keeps talking about how bad Fri and today are, when he doesn't know anything about Wed-Thurs!

We've done over and above our savings targets in the past few months, so Wed-Thurs is nothing to worry about (we saved for the bath reno & also didn't give each other Christmas gifts) but it still makes my stomach drop when I see the numbers.

aw I get that way too about spending a lot of money, even if we have it saved.

You guys work hard and deserve to have a little fun with your money sometimes too!
