20 weeks and 3 showings!

I can't believe a bunch of us have hit the halfway point already. I remember when I first started posting here, and getting to 20 weeks seemed like an eternity!

Also, this is NBR, but we have 3 showings of our condo today! We've been trying to sell since last June, and we only have ONE bedroom. Obviously we'd really like to be out of here before baby arrives. My cynical side tells me they're all going to say the same thing--nice, but too small.... but I am still hopeful that maybe the right person will come through today and love it! And make us a full price offer!! Well, maybe that last part is a little farfetched, but I can hope, right?
