  We took a free class at Destination Maternity in Natick.  It's not very in-depth, but I found it to be all we needed.  I've taken a few other Isis classes and thought they were al helpful, so I don't think you can go wrong there.

  We signed up through Isis and I am going this weekend.  I've heard great things from friends!
