Help me find a party dress for Evie

A co-worker has offered to make Evelyn a party dress for her 1st Birthday.  (I've seen her work, and she is amazing!)  She told me all I need to do is find a picture and she can re-create it.

I've been looking around a bit and the choices are totally overwhelming!  So, please help my find a fabulous party dress! 

Otherwise I may just have to go with the Chicken costume.  LOL
