My friend brought me a piece of fresh ginger root today. Tonight when I started feeling sick I cut of a little piece of it and just sniffed it a little, it totally helped! Of course DH laughed at me for walking around sniffing ginger, but hey whatever helps right? Just thought I'd pass the tip along.

I've actually been getting a cucumber roll with extra ginger from the local sushi restaurant and it's been doing wonders! Ginger beer is also a good choice.

I have the gingers candies - though they dont taste much like candy to me! They totally work though.
Last night I was a wave of uh-oh. I quickly put a piece in my mouth - which made me gag but within about 20 seconds the ginger gets to my stomach and I'm fine again. Works wonders.
Gummy candy has really helped me out too with the semi icky feeling.
