HI,

  I posted on the post partum depression board but someone suggested I post here too.  I live in Simsbury and am looking for an APRN or psychiatrist who is versed in post partum depression to prescribe for me.  My OB has already prescribed Zoloft but I would like someone specifically w/medication education.  Unfortunately my OB is about 40 minutes away and so most of the resources they know of are in that area.  Any recommendations would be really appreciated.

    Hi there - I'm not in Simsbury any more but still have friends there. I now live in Western MA. I have a friend who is also a doula like me and she just had a meeting with someone who specializes in postpartum depression. If you want to email me at my address I can try to get the name to you so you can have someone closer to home!
