Extremely faint positive on HPT, negative on OPK

I took a HPT and an OPK this morning and the OPK was a negative, but the HPT was a barely visible positive. I'm sure it is still my trigger, but I find it strange that the OPK didn't come up positive.

The OPKs you are using might just have a less sensitive threshold than the HPT (as I am sure you know, since LH and hCG are nearly structurally identical, hCG should in principle be detectable on a LH test strip). While today it's probably too early to tell, I really, really hope that you will get a decisively strong HPT in a few days that is definitely the real deal!?

Thanks! I used a clear blue easy digital. I will just keep on using my HPTs and hope for a darker line in the days to come!

I think it's my trigger, too, I just thought it would have turned my OPK positive, as well.

Last month I used the internet cheapie HPT on DPiui 11 and 12 both were neg. I took a CVS HPT and it was POS on DPiui 13. (Chemical pregnancy)
