Just got back from our first u/s

and it was perfect! The baby measured right on time at 7w5d. The bean's hb was 174 bpm. The only thing was they found a fibroid. The doctor said for me not to worry about it.
I was so worried about it and sooo happy that everything went well. Thanks for letting me AW ladies!

At my first u/s, they discovered a fibroid as well. To answer PP, a fibroid is a non-cancerous tumor. It can be in various places within and around your uterus. I was told not to worry at all, that mine is very small. They also told me many women have no complications/issues with having a fibroid/s.
It's a benign tumor in the uterus. There is nothing the doc can do about it now that I'm pregnant. It shouldn't cause any complications though.
