TTC After a Loss

I felt this really sharp pain in my back today...

So I'm teaching my last class for the day, and out nowhere, I felt this really really sharp pain in my back. It was only about 2 seconds, but it was really sharp! WTH? Hmm

I never suffer from back pains so this came out of nowhere. Of course, this can't be related to any of my reproductive organs, but, you guessed it, that's the first thing I thought of.....silly me.Embarrassed

  • I'm glad the pain went away.  Was it in the middle of your back or in your low, lower back?  Duh, it totally means you're going to O soon, lol.  Also your chart looks exactly like last months chart.  Your cd 17-20 temps were flatlined last cycle also if you didn't notice.  Crazy coincidence??

  • were you on yoru feet for a while? I was a teacher and standing for long hours really gave me back problems for that day.

    hope it doesn't return!

The pain was more on my lower back.

Yeah, I totally noticed how similar my cycle is from last cycle.  Even the same exact temp. 97.3 seems to be the most common temp. I get and I get it frequently and continuously!  Weird....

I did shovel some snow yesterday, but not that much. I also went to the gym and ran 4 miles and did some weights.  That must be it.

  • Shoveling snow!!  Running and weights!!!  Hmm...I am pretty sure that those things or a combination would most likely be the culprit of the back pain.  Be careful with all that hard work!!!

  • Sorry you had some back pain most likely from shoveling snow, running and weights.

  • I go to the gym regularly so running and lifting weights is nothing new.  I workout 3-4 times a week and I never get back pain from it.  So by order of elimination it was the snow shoveling....even though all I did was clean the cars.

  • Blame it on the snow!  (I blame everything on the snow, lol)

  • Of course that's where your mind went! I hope the pain doesn't come back though. Be careful and take it easy, back pain is the worst!

I have been having weird crampy pains in my lower stomach area (probably just gas or intestinal stuff), and if it wasn't CD5, not to mention the fact that DH and I haven't had sex I got AF, I would be convincing myself it was implantation cramping or something. It's so hard not to associate every pain with a sign.
