Quad screen? - how long did you wait for results?

How long did you have to wait to get your results from your quad screen?  Someone from the doc office usually calls within 24 hours every time I have had blood work done.  It has now been 48 hours and I am very anxious to get the results.  Does the quad screen take longer for some reason?  Thanks!

    my quad test i had back in 48 hours.  I had a positive result.  it was the worse thing ever, but everything turned out to be fine.  they just mis-calculated my due date.  good luck!

    No one called me with my results.  I got them four weeks later at my next appointment.

    I have a "positive" result with DD1 - the doctor called me within 2 days.  With the first set of b/w...they never called me as it was normal.

    I didn't get a call.  After 8 days of waiting, I finally called them.  The nurse nonchalantly told me my tests were negative.  A phone call would've been nice.

    I was just told that if we didn't get a call in 10 days that everything was normal. We would get the actual numbers at the next appointment if we wanted them.

    Mom to Madison- 5 and Lillian 2....and now surprise baby #3!

    My doctor told me I would hear from them in a week if the results were positive. She said if I didn't get a call then it was negative. Today is 1 week and I have yet to get a call. :)

    They told me to expect to wait two weeks for the results and then actually called after just one week because they found a (temporary) problem.

    Thanks for the responses.  I know they will call no mater the results - I guess I just didn't realize it might take so long.  I will TRY not to worry until I hear from them.  Thanks again!
