How do you communicate w/DH during the day?

By phone? email? text message?

Just curious. Since DH has been working from home we do more texting; but when he was going into the office we emailed and phone calls.

DH can't take his cell phone into work so if we need to contact each other it has to be on the work number. If I email him at work it gets marked as spam and he never sees it. Most of the time it just all waits until he walks through the door that night.

If we need to get ahold of each other, we do it by text. SO is not at a desk during the day and can't usually get to his phone. If it is an emergency, I've got a work number to call him at and they will get ahold of him. Most of our updates wait until we get home at night.

we don't. it's very rare if we do and if we do it's normally through a very short email that never gets responded. i always call him on the phone when sabrina and i get home, however. he'll sometimes call from the road on his way home.

We usually don't. If we need to, we communicate via IM or email. We never talk on the phone, no time for that.

We almost never communicate during the day - no time and not smiled up on in either of our professional environments. If we must, then almost exclusively by email.

Usually text...both his paid work and volunteer work he can't be talking on the phone and operate heavy equipment, etc. If he's free he'll phone back, if not, he calls on his way home.
