Q about CM: Watery vs. EW

It seems to me that FF has me O after I have EWCM. My DS never sleeps so I do tend to have a lot of open circles which could lead to my chart being slightly inaccurate.

However, how does water CM get you KU? I can see how EWCM helps the sperm travel but I don't really understand how watery does. What are the little guys grabbing on to? ;-)

    It has a lot to do with pH balance. EWCM or watery are both very alkaline, so they won't kill the little swimmers off like non fertile CM does for being too acidic.
