Had my consult with my new RE
Not sure if anyone remembers me talking about it but I did a round of clomid with an RE and DH and I just werent impressed with the level of personalized care we received (or lack there of). On top of that I wasn't monitored on clomid which I found out after the fact was really not good.
Today we had our consult with the new RE. It went SO GOOD! It was really nice talking to him and he explained everything in detail. DH had a lot of question seeing he isn't on the bump to ask you ladies.. He addressed concerns my DH had and provided very specific-to-us answers. We left very satisfied. He did bloodwork and is upping my dose of clomid for this next round. He gave me a schedule of my monitoring appointments and scheduled a SA for DH (DH kinda keeps putting it off- Dr said no more delaying it! haha) He also told us what can happen next if clomid doesn't work out. Everything was just so clear cut.
Overall I'm really excited and I feel like I'm going to be taken care of... Phew!

I am glad you had a great appt!! It is very important to feel like you are getting personalized care from the RE. It is hard enough dealing with IF to have problems with the care/help you are receiving!! GL and hope he can get ya'll KU soon!!
It sounds like you found a good one. I am hoping for something similar next month (We don't have much in the way of options when it comes to RE's). Neither DH or I have done any other testing- so I know that will be coming...
