Its the best thing since sliced BREAD! I can lay any way I want too and I feel like I have full support. I dont even need a pillow with this as you can lay your head on the top. Wrap your arms around it and your legs if you want too (this has helped my knee and hip pain SO much!). I can curl up with it on the inside and pull it tight to me, and when I get bigger I can lay my belly on it so I'm "evened out". I can lay on it where its under my knees and my head is resting on the pillow which helps with my nausea and acid reflux. Its about $60.00 at destination maternity, but its the best money I have spent since I got pregnant!
Plus! I've heard its really good after having the baby as well, for the comfort of getting your hips and stuff aligned again. Also, some mothers push the front out and lay their babies down to breast feed, or to also just lay with them. Some put this around the baby while they are laying alone in their beds. I'm telling you... I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!

I had the Boppy Body Pillow when I pregnant with DS and I loved it. But, it was completely flat by the time I gave birth. So flat, that I just threw it away. So I don't rec. it for longevity

omg I LOVED this!! I used it after I had DD too for a little bit.
Another vote for the Snoogle! I found it to be far more supportive than the Boppy pillow.
Some will try to say that a regular body pillow is just as good. No way. Invest in a Snoogle, it's SO worth it!
