Anyone else had this happen?

Ok so my DS was playing around on the couch and fell over onto my belly and I had this giant pop on the opposite side that he hit.  It felt like a tendon popping and I had slight pain in that spot for around 20-30 mins afterwards but it is now starting to subside.  Any of you ladies had this happen before?  If so, what was it?  Thanks for the help

    could have been RLP - hasn't happened to me but if it hurts tomorrow i'd check with Dr.

    It was too high for RLP...it was almost in the middle of my belly on my right side and it was a sudden pop when he jumped on me.  Today no pain so I hope everything is still going ok in there.  I go into my doctor every monday so I will have to ask her when I go in.
