Well. After the DH gut incident (for those that know). I decided I really needed to change.

I have not had soda in 2 days.

I was averaging 3 a day so I'm a bit moody. Lol.

    It's hard to do but good for you.  I quit driking diet coke for awhile & lost a lot of weight.  Sadly, I'm back on the stuff.

    It is so hard :-(

    I've quit when I was pregnant and then back during the summers in High School. Otherwise, I would drink multiples a day...

    Damn soda for being awesome. Lol

    I've tried to stop drinking soda but it doesn't last long :( I get very big headaches during the first week that I stop! Good luck!
